| During the energy mapping of the office building we found many good practices. Most of the employees were aware of environmental problems and energy saving possibilities. Because of the big number off staff K&H would like to motivate hundreds of employees through senior managers and a comprehensive communication strategy. |

The most important elements of the strategy are:

Presentation for senior managers about the Energy Trophy®+.

Giving energy saving examples in the company newspaper.

Putting out posters in different rooms.

Information about the trophy on the intranet and screensavers.

The first example of senior managers' commitment is the interview with
Mr György Laboranovits in connection with the Energy Trophy®+, published in the
company newspaper. Mr Laboranovits said that K&H was participating
in the competition because of following reasons:

"The cost efficiency is a central issue in K&H and we think that
this competition is a good motivation and we can get new ideas for the
next steps. This competition isn’t talking about central measures,
every colleague can do something for our success. Although we
participate with one office building in the first round we would like
to show an example for every office building. It is not only cost reducing but also reducing CO2 emmissions, therefore social activity."
